I had my permanent bottom retainer fall out last night and came in as a walk-in today. They took me right away and made the entire experience quick and stress-free. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. It’s been about 20 years since I’ve been to that office when I originally got braces, and I still remember how kind the staff was back then as well.

I was very impressed in the way the staff and doctor handled my 7 year old's problem with his front teeth. Everything was explained fully and a follow up has been suggested.
I have used Lupis years before and had a great experience and I was happy to report that nothing has changed. They are there for the patient - not for themselves.

I was a transfer patient from another dental office and was not satisfied with the results of my initial Invisalign treatment. I began treatment with Dr. Lupi’s office, and he took the time to listen to all of my concerns throughout the entire process of redoing my Invisalign treatment.
I am now finished with treatment and extremely happy and satisfied with my straight teeth and smile. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and they always make an effort to fit you in when needed.

Dr. Lupi and his team are amazing. From the initial consult and throughout our treatment plan, it's always felt like he truly has my kids' best interest in mind. We were fully expecting a sales pitch and to feel like just another number when we made our first consultation appointment, but we were totally blown away with how amazing this whole experience has been. He walked us through all of our options, patiently answered every question (even the silly ones because I'm nervous mom), and we never felt rushed or pressured. Dr. Lupi and his staff are professional and efficient while keeping a welcoming and "personal touch" feel to your appointments. They welcome you by name and have a personalized treatment plan, I have never felt like just a number or that they were just trying to sell treatment packages - they  really want what is best for you. Dr. Lupi gave options for my personalized treatment plan and has a no pressure approach - they are not just trying to sell a product.
