Treatment Coordinator I started my smile making journey as an Orthodontic Technician with Dr. Lupi in July 1997, later becoming the Clinical Coordinator for a couple of years. I truly found my passion as the Treatment Coordinator in 2007. I will guide you through the New Patient process and ensure that all your questions and concerns are addressed as well as getting you as excited as I am to see your smile transformation with Dr. Lupi! I am here to listen to your concerns and present Dr. Lupi’s recommendations to achieve your goals.
Digital Lab Technician My Family moved here in December of 1989. I began working for Dr. Lupi in January of 1999. I came from a 15-year background of general dentistry, periodontics, oral surgery, and endodontics. I started in Lupi Orthodontics as an orthodontic technician and slowly became the clinical coordinator where I ran the daily schedule and trained all the technicians that joined our team. After endless hours of training by Dr. Lupi in office and other professionals out of office, I now help Dr. Lupi with the digital aspects of Invisalign and the bracket system that we use called KLOWEN. So before you even start treatment Dr. Lupi and I have already looked at your case and have prepared for your new beautiful Lupi smile! I enjoy spending time with my family, Alan my husband and our son Joey. Our family has been blessed with a beautiful daughter in law named Danielle and two grandchildren (which have stolen my heart) Blake and Lucas. I also enjoy all kinds of crafts and painting. I would like to welcome you to Lupi Orthodontics.
Lab Tech
I am the Lab Tech at Dr. Lupi’s office. I spend my days creating retainers, expanders, and other orthodontic appliances our patients may need when they come in to see us for treatment. After 20 years as part of the team, I can bend a wire around ANYTHING!!
My family includes my beautiful wife and best friend, Lorraine. My awesome son, David, and twin boys, John and James, and our crazy cat named Pepper. We do A LOT of laughing in our house! I spend most of my free time with my family at home. Having 2 toddlers keeps us busy and on our toes. Life is so good!!
Patient Relations Coordinator I joined Dr. Lupi’s team in 2007 as the Patient Relations Coordinator. I’m always available to assist our patients with scheduling appointments, treatment questions and/or billing inquiries. Behind the scenes, I work on our social media, marketing and the day to day needs of the office. I enjoy working with both the great kids and adults who entrust us with their orthodontic care. Dr. Lupi’s concern, dedication and individual attention for each patient truly sets him apart! I have two children, Megan and Keith, and three AWESOME grandboys, my fiancé Steve, and our extended canine family (all rescues). In my free time, I LOVE being a 'GiGi', and also enjoy reading, cooking, movies, gardening, boating and fishing.
Marketing Coordinator I bring the personality of Lupi Orthodontics to life. From planning community events to decorating the office and dreaming up fun patient experiences, I love finding creative ways to make every visit memorable. Whether I'm organizing a giveaway, representing the practice at local events, or welcoming patients through the door, I am always looking for ways to help people smile. Outside of Lupi Orthodontics, I enjoy spending time with family, camping, being outdoors, and caring for my many pets.
Orthodontic Technician Hi, I’m Diego! Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my dog, Mia, watching soccer and combat sports, and staying active. Whether I’m at the gym, exploring the outdoors, or trying something new, I like keeping busy and making the most of my free time. I also enjoy spending quality time with family and friends.
Director of First Impressions I have been part of the orthodontic world since 2021 and I joined Team Lupi in September 2024. As the Director of First Impressions, I love welcoming patients the moment they walk through the door. I enjoy getting to know each patient, helping them feel comfortable, cared for, and at ease while adding a little extra positivity to their day. Outside of the office, I love adventuring with my husband and our fur baby, Teddy. I love attending concerts, traveling, and spending time outdoors. Whether on a boat, gathered around a campfire, or casting a fishing line, I am always happiest enjoying nature. I also am always looking for new places to explore and delicious new foods to try.
Hi, I'm Sonia! I'm an orthodontic assistant who is excited to continue growing in the orthodontic field while helping create healthy, confident smiles. I enjoy learning new skills, meeting new people, and making every patient feel comfortable and cared for during their visit.
When I'm not at the office, you'll usually find me trying new restaurants and exploring different cuisines. I love discovering new foods and am always up for my next adventure!

As one of the newest faces in the office, I look forward to getting to know our patients and helping make every visit comfortable, positive, and full of smiles. I'm passionate about learning, growing, and making every patient feel confident and welcomed throughout their orthodontic journey. When I'm not at the office, you'll find me spending time with my amazing fiancé and our two children. I'm happiest anywhere there's sunshine, a beach, or water nearby, and I'm always up for trying a new restaurant or enjoying great food with my family and friends.
